Ordering

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order. Ordering from our online store requires providing personal information such as name, permanent address and email address, which will be processed in accordance with our privacy statement.

Confirmation of the order requires acceptance of the terms of delivery.

A binding contract is created between the parties, the company and the customer, after the customer confirms the order. The order confirmation is sent to the customer's email after the order has been confirmed. The customer cannot make changes to the order, such as canceling or adding products, changing the size or delivery address, after the order has been confirmed.

Tariff

All prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

The final price of the order is determined at checkout.

When ordering from countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for finding out and paying local customs duties, taxes and other possible charges.

Payment options

The payment method must be selected when ordering. All payment transactions are processed through a secure connection, and your payment card information is not stored on our website.

We use Shopify Payments on our site, which is a safe and secure payment method. Shopify Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In our online store, you can also pay securely and flexibly via Klarna. Klarna offers the option to pay for your purchase immediately or later with an invoice. Klarna checks your creditworthiness and the approved payment transaction complies with Klarna's own terms of use. You can find more information on Klarna's own website.

Delivery

Delivery time and costs vary depending on the content of the order, the delivery address and the selected transport service. We try to deliver orders as quickly as possible, on average 2-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays. Unfortunately, we cannot influence it if the delivery point you choose is full and the package is diverted to another pick-up point. Read more about deliveries and delivery costs here.

We do not deliver to Åland, Great Britain or Russia.

Returns and complaints

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging.

Complaints about faulty products must be made to our customer service without delay. If the product arrives broken, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at customerservice@original-story.com within 14 days. Attach the shipment's order number and pictures that illustrate the product's defects to the e-mail.

Unclaimed orders are treated as returns. Read more about returns and complaints here.

Cancellation of the order by the company

We reserve the right to cancel the customer's order in the following situations:

1. There is a clear error in the price of the product
2. The product has been accidentally sold beyond the stock balances, and no new lots will be arriving soon
3. Suspicions of abuse

If the order is canceled by the company, we will inform the customer of the situation by email and refund the amount of the order to the customer as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer the customer a refund or compensation for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
