Exchange and return

Purchases made in the online store cannot be exchanged directly. If you want to exchange a product, return the product you ordered and place a new order for the product you want.

Return

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return, which starts from the moment the customer receives the order. The products to be returned must be unused, intact, clean, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags in place. The right of return does not apply to customized products.

We charge a return fee of €6.90 for returns, which is deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs.

Return instructions:

  1. Log in to your customer account using your e-mail. Use the same email you used to order from the online store.
  2. Request a return for the product you want.
  3. Write down the reason for the return and send a return request.
  4. We will check the return request, after which you will receive a return code in your e-mail. Collect the return code.
  5. Pack the products in the original packaging carefully and write the return code sent to you on top of the order.
  6. Take the package to the Posti service point. You can also register a return at www.posti.fi/palautapaketti , in which case the package can be returned to post machines.
  7. Keep the receipt you received from the return until your return has been acknowledged as accepted.

We usually process returns within 14 days. Returned products will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving the return using the same payment method as the original order. You will receive a notification to your e-mail about the return and the refunded amount.

Complaint

If the product arrives broken, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately at customerservice@original-story.com. Attach the order number and pictures that illustrate the product's defects to the email.

If there are wrong or non-belonging products in the order, contact our customer service so that we can make a refund and rectify the situation.

Uncollected orders

If you do not pick up the product, it will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. You will receive a notification of the returned products and the amount to be refunded to your e-mail. Please note that we charge a €6.90 return fee for uncollected orders.
