Exchange
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange. If you want to exchange the product you ordered, please contact our customer service at customerservice@original-story.com . In the message, please include your order number and the product you would like to exchange. We will cover the shipping costs incurred for the exchange of the product.
Return
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return, which begins from the moment the customer receives the order. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, clean, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags in place. The right of return does not apply to customized products. We do not refund original shipping costs.
Return instructions for orders from Finland:
- Log in to your customer account using your email. Use the same email you used to place your order in the online store.
- Request a refund for the product you want.
- Write down the reason for the return and submit a return request.
- We will review your return request, after which you will receive a return code in your email. Please keep the return code.
- Pack the products carefully in the original packaging and write the return code sent to you on the order.
- Take the package to a Posti service point. You can also register the return at www.posti.fi/palautapaketti , so that the package can be returned to the post office machines.
- Please keep the receipt you received for your return until your return has been acknowledged as approved.
We usually process returns within 14 days. Returned products will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving the return using the same payment method used to make the original order. You will receive an email notification of the return and the amount to be refunded.

Complaint
If your product arrives broken, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately at customerservice@original-story.com. Please include your order number and any pictures that illustrate the product's defects in the email.
If your order contains incorrect or inappropriate products, please contact our customer service so we can refund and correct the situation.
Uncollected orders
If you do not pick up the product, it will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return. You will receive a notification by email about the returned products and the amount to be refunded.
